About Artist : 

Maia Magpantay graduated from Far Easter University with a degree of Fine Arts in 1998. A palette knife artist, Magpantay expresses her love for art by working on textures using her palette. Some of her notable awards include Artist of the Year of Angono Rizal, Finalist winner for AAP Art Competition in 2003 and Letra Y Figuras. She was also featured in “Roots and Wing,” a Filipino magazine in Europe. Since 2005, Magsaysay has staged five solo shows and major distinct exhibits.
